Introduction

The forum unites Albanian associations and intellectuals in Belgium, aiming to foster collaboration and contribute to their homeland, Albania, and Albanian Diaspora in Belgium. To effectively communicate with diverse audiences, the visual identity has been crafted in two distinct versions, each tailored for specific contexts and audiences, ensuring relevance and impact.

Conceptualization

The decision to develop a dual identity was driven by practical usability considerations. The forum interacts with various audiences, including Albanians in Belgium, Belgian institutions, and entities in Albania. To address these different groups effectively, the visual identity needed to be adaptable, allowing for seamless communication while maintaining brand cohesion. The core concept revolves around the use of three unified triangles, symbolizing the collaborative efforts of different associations.

Design Inspiration

The design is inspired by the need to balance the forum’s dual identity, its role within Belgium and its connection to Albania. The three triangles, arranged to suggest the form of a double-headed eagle (a symbol of Albania), serve as a unifying visual element in both versions. The use of different color palettes and acronyms allows the logo to speak directly to its intended audience while preserving the forum’s overarching identity.

Application and Versatility

The dual visual identity is designed for maximum versatility, allowing the forum to effectively engage with different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand image. The Belgian version is ideal for use in communications within Belgium, whether addressing Albanians living there or Belgian institutions. The Albanian version is tailored for use in Albania, ensuring that the forum’s message resonates with Albanian audiences and institutions.

This adaptable identity ensures that the forum can communicate effectively in both countries, making it a powerful tool for fostering collaboration and achieving its mission.
